Ordering and Payments

Silver Me accepts the following credit cards for payment:

Ordering and Paying Via Phone: You may choose to phone us with your order and credit card number at 310-601-7778 or fax it to us at 310-601-7510. When completing your order on the 'Shipment Summary' Page, use the pull down menu next to 'Payment Method:' to select the PhoneFax option as opposed to Credit Card.

Payment via Checks or Money Orders

Silver Me accepts money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or counter checks will not be accepted.

Please Note:
If you pay by money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before we can ship your merchandise. This process can typically delay your order shipping by up to 15 business days from the day we receive your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.

Sales Tax

Silver Me is based in California and state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers ordering from California. Customers ordering from states other than California over the Internet are not subject to California sales tax, however, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state Internet. While it is not the responsibility of Silver Me to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly.

Shipping and Delivery

Now you can see your applicable shipping rates at any time using the 'Check Shipping Rates' link underneath our phone number at the left of every page. Simply put an item in your cart and click this link and put in your city and zip code and UPS will calculate the appropriate shipping charges for all of the shipping options to your destination. UPS also performs all of the shipping charge calculations at the time of check out. Unless you qualify for our FREE shipping option, our shipping rates usually start at $5.95.

Silver Me ships all of our orders exclusively with UPS shipping services. If your order is over $100, it will be shipped for FREE via UPS Ground unless the customer specifies otherwise. (Note: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day service). Delivery time is usually five (5-7) business days from the date the package is sent from Silver Me. The UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email from 'Quantum View' (which is the UPS automated notification system) with a subject of 'UPS Delivery Notification, Tracking Number' on the date of shipping so that you can track your package in transit. You can also log in to your account at Silver Me to obtain this information.

Expedited shipping can be purchased at the time of your order.

Please note that UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Returning Merchandise to Silver Me

Silver Me will accept the return of new, undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations:

For a full refund, merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping & handling charges** are not refundable.

Jewelry is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All jewelry returned for refund or exchange must be unblemished otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

** If you receive merchandise that is defective or not as ordered (as determined solely by Silver Me), we will at our sole option either refund or credit you up to the amount of your purchase promptly upon our receipt and inspection of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
